What is the Outdoorsy Group Business of Travel Summit?
It is our largest event dedicated exclusively to our global Host community, bringing together individual hosts, fleet operators, and industry leaders. This two-day event is designed to help you uplevel your business through dedicated learning tracks, peer networking, and community celebration. You will get a first look at what product updates are coming to help plan your 2026 strategy, gain market insights from our Executive Leadership Team and learn from top hosts in interactive sessions. Build connections from the many Service Providers. Content Creators and a Vehicle Expo showcasing the future of recreational and auto vehicles.
How much does it cost to attend the Summit?
Tickets are free provided at no charge to attend the Summit which covers admission for up to two employees from your company, or to bring a partner or team member along. Hosts are responsible for covering the cost of your hotel we encourage everyone to book a discounted hotel room here
When and where is the Summit?
It will take place April 6-8, 2026 in Austin, Texas. We are hosting this year's event at the beautiful Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, located in the Texas Hill Country.Address: 8212 Barton Club Drive, Austin, Texas 78735.
Do you have to be a Superhost or Pro Host to attend?
No, the summit is open to all hosts. Whether you are just listing your first vehicle or managing a large fleet, there is content tailored to your stage of business.
What type of sessions can I expect at the Summit?
During the two-day event, there will be a mix of presentations, panel discussions, and Q&As with our leadership and team members, Super Hosts, and guest speakers. There will be more interactive breakout sessions, and plenty of time to mix and mingle with other Hosts in attendance. We are also featuring a dedicated track specifically for Car Fleet and Auto audiences on Wednesday afternoon.
When will the full schedule be available?
We are currently finalizing our speaker lineup and session details. The detailed schedule will be announced via email and on this website mid February as we get closer to the event.
